Different groups for
different purposes.
Our hope is that each person who calls this place home can know and be known by a group of people chasing hard after Jesus.
And that can happen in a NorthEast Group.
Here's a brief rundown on the different kinds of groups at NorthEast:
Sunday Morning Groups | Sunday Morning Groups take place at 9AM and are open to join anytime. While each is unique in content and style, Sunday Morning Groups serve as a great introduction to community and connection at NorthEast.
Electives | Electives are short-term, topical-based groups offered seasonally. They can range from topics like marriage, parenting, finances, racial reconciliation, and more. Electives require registration as spots are often limited.
Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) | Discipleship Groups consist of a handful of men or a small group of women who commit to diving deeper into scripture, study, and Spiritual Disciplines over a set period of time.
LifeGroups | A LifeGroup isn’t a commitment for life; it’s a commitment to do life – together. A typical LifeGroup consists of 4-6 family units who commit to gathering on a weekly or every-other-week basis through the fall and spring with a shift in the summer.
When forming new Discipleship Groups and LifeGroups, we use these two helpful directives: stage of life and geographic location.
