Benefits
There are select benefits and options for full-time staff, including health, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA account, and 403(b) retirement plans.
Flexibility
Ministry work is both rewarding and draining, which is why we have a generous time-off policy. We need you at your best and understand that adequate time away helps you recharge and sustain your call to serve.
Tools and Technology
Work takes tools and we want to outfit each staff member with what they need to do their job at a high level. From applicable programs to study resources to equipment, we want to set you up for success.
Leadership Development
Our team and church benefit from your continued spiritual and professional growth. Understanding that, we strive to help you take steps in your development as a leader through things like one-on-one coaching and conference opportunities.
